From recruitment to retirement, health of employees is given due attention and care. Pre-employment medical check-ups, annual routine health surveillance and targeted health check-ups are conducted at the medical centre of Atul Ltd.

Employees have access to sports facilities at Atul Club. The club offers a wide variety of sports and games ranging from badminton, squash, tennis, swimming, table tennis, gymnasium to a Jacuzzi, sauna and carrom.

Atul Rural Development Fund (ARDF), the Company’s rural development arm, regularly conducts educational programmes like General Health Awareness Campaigns, Health Camps, dispensing Vitamin A to school children to combat night-blindness. ARDF regularly conducts Blood Donation Camps and provides financial aid to terminally ill patients.

ARDF operates an exclusive Eye Camp in collaboration with a reputed state-of-the-art eye hospital to provide corrective surgeries for cataract patients and free spectacles for others. This effort has restored or aided the vision of several thousands in remote villages.
