It determines the capital requirement based on annual operating plans and long-term and other strategic investment plans. The funding requirements are met through equity and operating cash flows generated. The Company is not subject to any externally imposed capital requirements (refer Note 28.19 (b) for debt-equity ratio). Note 28.10 Segment information In accordance with Ind AS 108, ‘Operating Segments’, segment information has been given in the Consolidated Financial Statements of Atul Ltd and therefore, no separate disclosure on segment information is given in the Standalone Financial Statements.
