Referred to in paragraph 2 under ‘Report on Other legal and regulatory requirements’ section of our report of even date. To the best of our information and explanations provided to us by the Company and the books of account and records examined by us in the normal course of audit, we state that: (i) a) In respect of the Company’s Property, Plant and Equipment and Intangible Assets: (A) The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars, including quantitative details and situation of Property, plant and equipment (Bearer Plants, Capital work-in-progress, investment property and relevant details of right-of-use assets). (B) The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars of intangible assets. b) The Company has a program of verification of Property, plant and equipment, (Bearer plants, capital work-in-progress, investment properties and right-of-use assets) so as to cover all the items Annexure B to the Independent Auditor’s Report in a phased manner once over a period of three years which, in our opinion, is reasonable having regards to size of the Company and nature of its assets. Pursuant to the program, certain Property, plant, and equipment were due for verification during the year and were physically verified by the Management during the year.
