A bright blue dye used in combination with NOVATIC Jade Green XBN and Blue BC for Exhaust application, particularly in Manual and Jigger dyeing machines. The product is used by the Handloom industry for leisure wear and towels. It is sensitive to Calcium and high temperature. Sodium nitrite or glucose must be added to the dye bath for dyeing above 60°C to avoid over-reduction. It has inferior Hypochlorite fastness compared to other Vat dyes. Addition of soda ash (2 g|l) to the soaping bath is recommended. It is available in Microperle, Pure, Acra, Powderfine and Micro disperse varieties..
