How can I learn about openings at Atul?

How do I apply for a role at Atul?
Please send your résumé to careers@atul.co.in

What if I do not find the right opportunity immediately?
In this case, we will keep your résumé in our database; we might consider it for future opening if your profile matches our requirements.

How will I know if I have been selected for an interview?
If your qualifications and experience are in line with the requirements of the position, your application will be reviewed and considered. If you are selected, our recruitment team will get in touch with you.

What if I am interested in multiple positions? Can I apply for more than one role?
You are welcome to apply for multiple positions. Your application will be considered against each role for which you apply based on your experience and qualification.

How is my candidature evaluated?
We evaluate your candidature based on academic credentials, relevant work experience, attitude, aptitude and communication skills.

When can I expect to hear from Atul?
If you are shortlisted, you will hear from us within 15 days of sending your application. Certain positions may take longer. Please note that we receive a large number of applications and it is therefore not possible for us to respond to you individually.

How long does the recruitment process take?
The recruitment process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.

What is the recruitment process at Atul?
The recruitment process at Atul for candidates with experience is as follows:
1. Preliminary interview with Human Resources
2. Psychometric | Aptitude test
3. Interview with the respective Business | function
4. Final interview with Human Resources

How do I know whether my application has been received?
A system-generated acknowledgement will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you. This will reach you within a few minutes of submission of your application.

When attaching documents to my application, what size and format should they be?
The maximum size for each document is 2 MB and preferably in Word or PDF format. Please ensure that you do not upload password-protected PDF files.

Will the Company reimburse travel expenses incurred by me while traveling to Atul?
Your travel expense will be reimbursed as per our travel reimbursement policy for candidates. The details will be communicated to you in your interview call letter.

How do I get my travel expenses reimbursed?
The total amount of your travel expenses will be credited to your bank account. Please fill the travel reimbursement form (attached in the e-mail with your interview call letter), submit your travel tickets and a copy of a cancelled cheque.
