Antidote: Provide Atropine, in addition to oxime preparations such as toxogonin under medical supervision. Inject 2 to 4 mg atropine sulphate (for children 0.5 to 2.0 mg according to age) i.v/ i.m every 5 to 10 minutes’ sign of atropinisations occurs, The patient must remain atropanized for a sufficient lenth of time (24 to 48 hours) to prevent subsequent poisoning due to delayed resorpting.
